Children's Theatre Foundation Fund
Seventy-five percent of the net income from this fund shall be distributed at least annually to the Children's Theater Foundation, Inc.
The remaining 25% of the net income from the fund shall be distributed annually in the form of a scholarship or, if practicable, two scholarships, awarded to students in an accredited four-year college, said students to have matriculated at said college after graduation from a Richland County high school and to have declared a major in a performing art.
The student or students receiving this scholarship award shall, in the year of the award, be either a rising junior or a rising senior, and shall otherwise be selected by the Scholarship Committee of the Richland County Foundation based upon the Committee's criteria.
