Women's Fund Annual Luncheon

The Women’s Fund of the Richland County Foundation will host its annual luncheon November 9 at Westbrook Country Club from noon to 1:30 p.m. to celebrate its 20th anniversary, announce grants and the JoAnn Dutton Award recipient.
