Professional Advisor Webinar with Credits Offered

The Richland County Foundation will host a webinar Wednesday, March 9 from 12 to 1 p.m. on Zoom. “Stretching to Realize Philanthropic Goals - IRAs, CRTs, and SECURE Act” will be presented by Attorney Brandon Borgmann of Carlile Patchen & Murphy Attorneys at Law.
Borgmann received his undergraduate (B.S.) in Communications from Ohio University in 2004. He received his law degree (J.D.), summa cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2007.
He has been recognized in “Best Lawyers in America” lists by Best Lawyers® (2020-2022) for Trusts and Estates. He is a former Chair of the Elder and Special Needs Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and the former Probate Committee Chair of the Columbus Bar Association. He has served as an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School, where he taught estate tax, gift tax, and the income taxation of trusts and estates courses. Borgmann also is a member and immediate past President of the Capital University Law School Alumni Board.
Continuing education credits will be offered for attorneys, certified financial planners, and CPAs. This is a free event, but you must register.
