Connections Fund members select new leaders
The Connections Fund of the Richland County Foundation Advisory Committee recently selected new co-chairs; Cristen Gilbert and Dr. Amy Staker-Breitinger.
Gilbert is the executive director of the Mansfield Area Y and Staker-Breitinger is a Mansfield dentist.
They fill the leadership roles filled by outgoing co-chairs Carrie Fanello and Krista Schmidt.
Tim Hilterman and Cameron Haring were selected to serve as new Connections Fund Advisory Committee members. The other committee members are Jennifer Barrett, Brian Breitinger, Carrie Fanello, Rachel Schag, Krista Schmidt, Scott Them, Heather Ticoras and Ashley Twedt.
The Connections Fund will host a Pre-Kentucky Derby Progressive Dinner for members Saturday, April 30 in downtown Mansfield. If you would like to join the Connections Fund the cost is $150 for an individual and $250 for a couple.
Since 2005 the Connections Fund has awarded close to $69,000 to nonprofit organizations in Richland County.
The mission of the Connections Fund of the Richland County Foundation is to foster and retain leaders and professionals in Richland County and to promote a philanthropic identity and involvement in the community.
