Needed: Social Media Ambassadors
The Foundation is recruiting social media ambassadors to help nonprofit organizations communicate their message for Richland Gives.
Richland Gives, an online day of giving, is set for December 1, 2015. It is designed to encourage everyone to contribute to local nonprofits through a single giving platform/website. The Richland County Foundation will host the day to build capacity, grow philanthropy and make the community stronger.
Social media ambassadors don’t need to be experts but should be comfortable with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Many nonprofit agencies are short-handed. If you would like to help a local nonprofit agency, please contact Maura Teynor at mteynor@rcfoundation.org or 419-525-3020.
The day of giving will allow nonprofit organizations to raise funds and awareness as well as cultivate new donors and reinvigorate lapsed donors.
