Richland County students can apply for scholarships
College scholarship applications for the 2014-15 school year are now available on this website. Applications can also can be picked up at local high school guidance offices and area college campus financial aid offices.
These are not recurring scholarships and students must re-apply each year. The application deadline is April 1.
All scholarships are based on financial need. New applicants and high school seniors must have at least a 2.5 grade point average (GPA), college students and returning applicants must have at least a 2.0 GPA, attend an accredited college or university on a full-time basis and maintain a primary residence in Richland County.
For the 2013-14 school year, the Foundation awarded a record amount of scholarships with close to $450,000 given to more than 450 students attending 13 state schools,33 private schools in Ohio and 31 out-of-state schools.
